This FAQ is for Adminstrators

By default, only Administrators can Create, Edit and Delete all announcements.

Teachers can manage announcements only for their class students and parents.

Administrators can grant or revoke this privilege to selected teacher accounts.

View teachers

  • Login to uEducateUs and expand your browser window so the left-hand main menu is visible.

  • Click the 3-bar hamburger menu at the top left if you can’t see the menu.

  • Click Manage > People > Teachers

Grant or revoke manage all announcements privilege

  • Click 🔽 > Edit for the teacher.

  • Scroll to Permission.

  • For Can manage announcements for any audience:

    • Tick to grant the privilege

    • Untick to revoke the privilege

  • Click Save when finished.
