Use these instructions to create a case note.

Contact your principal or vice-principal if you cannot create a case note

View Case Notes

  • Login to uEducateUs and expand your browser window so the left-hand main menu is visible.

  • Click the 3-bar hamburger menu at the top left if you can’t see the menu.

  • Click Well-Being > Case Notes

Create a case note

  • Click + Create Case Note

  • Add a descriptive title

  • Enter the first 3 letters of the student's name, then select the name from the drop-down list

  • Select a category

  • Tick category options and add your notes

  • Click Create when finished.

Create a link to an existing Case Note

Users will be able to see the link when viewing this case note

  • Find the parent case note and click <i class="fas fa-caret-down"></i> > + Create Linked Case Note

  • Follow the instructions to Create a Case note.
