Note |
Approved reports have an assigned release date for when they’re available to parents and students, but sometimes a report needs to be edited prior to release.
Administrators can do this under Reporting.

View current reports

Click Reporting > F-10 > View Current Reports
Set a report as draft
Tick the checkbox on each report you need to edit.
Click Reject Options > Reject Selected.

Edit a semester report
Click View 🔽 > Edit for each the report.
Make changes
Once complete, reports can be approved again:
Tick the checkbox for each report
Click Approval Options > Approve Selected
Set a date and time to release the report.

Click Save.
Release the report
Release semester reports to students & parents
