Navigate to - Management > Advanced > Paper Logins
This section gives Administrators access to all the created paper login codes generated for all user accounts including:
Students
Parents
Teachers
Admin

If a user has changed their password, no paper login will be available. If the user requires a new paper login to be generated you must reset their password via the change password option under Management >> Students drop menu. Once a random password or chosen password is reset a new paper login will be available. |
Distributing student login information
All student paper logins are visible in the Students Tab.
By default, all students with an available login are displayed in alphabetical order with the following options being available:
Filter
Download selected paper logins
Email selected paper logins
View
Filter
By clicking on the filter button, you have access the following filter options:
Has been logged in with? - Results based on whether the login has been used.
Created - Option to include logins created On, After, Before a set date
Name - Filter by Student Name. Partial matches will also be shown
Class - Student classes
Year Level - Student Year Level

Class and Year Level options are specific to the students tab filter. |
You must click the apply button for your desired filters to take effect and we recommend filtering by Class or Year level when distributing paper logins for students.

If your class or the filtered results exceeds 50 students, you will need to repeat any download/email option on the subsequent page. Any selected students will not remain selected if you jump to another page of the filtered results. |
Download selected paper logins
You can download one or multiple student paper logins by first placing a check in the students check box or all students by checking the Name check box in the first column heading to select all listed students on that page.
With the previously mentioned filter options, you can download an entire class of student login information for easy distribution as all the student logins will be in the one .pdf report.
Email selected paper logins

Students need a valid email address recorded for the email function to complete. |
You can email user logins by selecting one or multiple users via the check box.
This feature is generally used in situations when the user requires their existing login to be issued without changes to the existing password.
View
You can view individual student logins by clicking the View button.
Additionally, by clicking the drop menu on the View button you have access to both Download and Email to the user options available for that particular students paper login.A Paper login is a printable form that includes a person’s username and password.
These are generated automatically when new users are created within uEducateUs.
Paper logins can be downloaded and printed, or emailed directly to the user.

View paper logins

Click Management > Advanced > Paper Logins
Click the user type: Student, Parent, Teacher or Administrator.
Filter page results
You can display a subset of results by using the page filter.
Click Filter
Choose the filters
Created date
Specific name
Class
Year level
Click Apply Filter when finished.
Click No Filter to restore the default view.
View user login on screen
Click 🔽 > View for a specific user.

Generate paper login
Paper logins are deleted when a user resets their password. You must reset a user password to generate a new paper login for them.
