Step one: login and view all unmarked rolls.

Your school will have policies in place to handle unmarked attendance rolls

  • Click Attendance > Mark Attendance.

  • Click Filter.

  • Choose Unmarked from Status.

  • Click Filter.

Step two: check attendance recorded outside entry or exit dates

Student attendance marking may have conflicts with their actual entry or exit dates.

  • Click Attendance > Maintenance.

  • Enter a student name and click Search to display a single student.

  • Tick each student name then Delete.

The final attendance write-back for 2019

Once you have finished marking attendance rolls for the last day of the school year, you must ensure that the final attendance data is exported ready for the Cases21 write-back.
Prior to exporting your data, ensure that you have no current attendance alerts.

  • Ensure that you have no outstanding attendance alerts (Partially Marked or Overdue attendance rolls and no attendance maintenance)

  • You have reviewed any unexplained absence records.

If you have no current attendance alerts and are happy with your unexplained absence records you can begin with the final attendance data write-back for the year.

The Eduhub sync automatically pushes attendance rolls to Cases21 at set intervals.

It’s important to ensure all rolls are marked before the push occurs.

  • Increment student year levels

  • Create new students

  • Setup new home groups

  • Setup new classes for next year
