Generate You can generate two types of attendance reports using these steps.:
Report on selected students
Report on all students
Open Attendance Reports

Click Attendance > Attendance Reports.
Generate

attendance report for selected students
Click Student Attendance > Specific Students.
Select report criteria
Choose the settings , such as date and attendance type
Click All Students for a general attendance report, or
Enter the student name and tick names when displayed
Names chosen in error can be unticked
Click Create.under these criteria:
Year, Date Range
Types of attendance
Show student on separate page
Choose students
Enter student names in Search for specific students
Create report
Click Create.
Generate attendance report for all students
Click Student Attendance > Specific Students.
Select report criteria
Choose settings under these criteria:
Year, Date Range
Types of attendance
Show student on separate page
Choose students
Tick All students.
Create report
Click Create.
