About student attendance

Student attendance is recorded in two ways:

  • Sign-in and out by parents/guardians or authorised representatives using the Kiosk application (if setup and enabled by the school);

  • With an absent note, created by a parent in their uEducateUs account (which can be created for past, present and future absences)

  • By teachers logged into their uEducateUs account on classroom computer or other device.

Teachers use attendance codes to mark student attendance or absence, which are either imported via the EduHub Sync process (for schools using Cases21), or created manually.
