You can generate two PDF reports for case notes you have privileges to view, edit and create.

  • The summary report generates all case notes for specified criteria, including category, subcategory, creator and dates.

  • The Case Notes list generates a report based on the case notes accessible to that user.

In both cases, you’ll find your reports in the Downloads Manager.

View Case Notes

  • Click Well-Being > Case Notes

Generate Summary report

  • Click Summary.

  • Choose the criteria.

  • Click Generate.

Generate report on your case notes

This is a two-step process.

Reorganise the reports on the page

  • Click column headings to change the report order

  • Click Filter to specify which reports are displayed.

    • Choose your criteria.

    • Click Apply Filter.

Generate the report

  • Click Case Notes List.

Next step

Open the download manager and download your report.
