This FAQ is for Administrators and Teachers

Tasks can be set with specific due-dates. When a task expires, the task is unreleased, making it unavailable for students to complete. However, this may mean it also disappears from the Administrator or Teacher tasks page.

To solve this problem, clear the page filterBy default, Tasks that have a Completion Date (due date or end date) of today or later will be displayed in your Task List. This is due to the default filters applied to the Tasks page.

To display tasks with Completion Dates before today, follow the below instructions:

  • Click Curriculum > Tasks.

  • Click Clear the Filter button.

  • Change the Completion Date filter to match your requirements.

  • Click Apply Filter.

Or follow these steps to display a specific task.

  • Click Filter

  • Choose the criteria

  • Click Search. Apply Filter
